Mali is brand new to rescue so we’ll update w/ new photos and a real bio soon.

In the meantime, here’s what we know about her …

Mali is a 7 month old red tick coonhound girl who was found wandering the streets of Richmond, VA earlier this year. A good Samaritan picked Mali up and took her to the vet for a checkup. That same couple has loved Mali over the past few months and treated Mali like their own pup while actively seeking rescue or an adoptive home for Mali. Unfortunately, they have reached their limit of being able to care for Malie. Mali was shelter-bound when we volunteered to take her in.

Mali is cratetrained and housebroken, up to date on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and current on flea/tick/heartworm preventative. Mali is a young, smart girl who is so ready for a forever family of her own.

If you’re interested in adopting Mali, please email us at and request a copy of our adoption application!
